阅读教学是小学语文教学的重要环节。阅读是一种复杂的心理活动和思维活动,能使学生获得知识,提高认识,受到教育,在语文教学中处于极重要的地位。阅读教学的效果与阅读教学的目标管理是密切相关的。我们从教学、教研和教改的实践中认识到,阅读教学的目标管理着重应注意以下三个方面。 一、强化目标管理意识 意识是客观事物在人的头脑中的反映。强调增强阅读教学目标管理意识,就是要求教师深入学习领会大纲和教材的教学要求,了解阅读教学在整个语文教学中的地位和作用,将阅读教学目标化为各个学年段、各个单元、各类阅读课文的教学过程安排,教学内容及教学方法选定的指导思想,并构思相应的教学方案,落实教学目标以提高阅读教学的效果。
Reading teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching in primary schools. Reading is a complex mental activity and thinking activity that enables students to acquire knowledge, raise awareness, receive education, and play an extremely important role in Chinese language teaching. The effect of reading teaching is closely related to the goal management of reading teaching. We have learned from the teaching, teaching and research and teaching reform practice that the goal of reading teaching management should pay attention to the following three aspects. Emphasis on enhancing the teaching consciousness of reading teaching is to ask teachers to deeply study and understand the teaching requirements of outlines and teaching materials, to understand the position and role of reading teaching in the entire Chinese teaching, and to translate reading teaching objectives into various academic years, units, and types. Textual teaching process arrangement, teaching content and teaching methods selected the guiding ideology, and conceive of the corresponding teaching program, the implementation of teaching objectives to improve the effectiveness of reading teaching.
