采用920±10℃渗碳后重新加热淬火回火小尺寸、复杂形状零件,由于处理温度高、零件变形量大,因此废品率高。改用AC_1以下氮碳共渗、淬火、时效复合强化处理工艺后,由于处理温度低,相变仅发生于表面,零件变形量均在0.02以下,渗层高硬度层厚度增加,梯度平缓,无硬度突变现象,具有耐磨、耐蚀、抗咬合、和低磨擦系数等优良性能。
