根据Frost＆Sullivan公司提供的报告《世界压力传感器市场:光纤与硅微机械技术在新领域的应用》,世界压力传感器总收入将从1993年的15亿美元,以年综合增长率7%的速度,到1999年达到23亿美元;光纤与硅机械技术将得到充分的应用,其中硅微机械传感器在世界压力传感器市场所占的比例,将会成倍的增长,从1992年的12%,达到1999年的24%,光纤传感器也将从92年的5%达到1999年的11%,而真空压力传感器将有所下降,将从23%降为21%.
According to the report provided by Frost & Sullivan, “World Pressure Sensor Market: Application of Fiber Optics and Silicon Micromachine Technology in New Fields,” the world’s total pressure sensor revenue will grow from US$1.5 billion in 1993 to a 7% annual growth rate. In 1999 it reached US$2.3 billion; optical fiber and silicon machinery technology will be fully applied, among which the proportion of silicon micromechanical sensors in the world pressure sensor market will increase exponentially, from 12% in 1992 to 1999. Of the 24%, fiber-optic sensors will also reach 11% of 1999 from 5% in 1992, and the vacuum pressure sensor will drop from 23% to 21%.
