为评价长三角地区水安全状况,运用“生命-经济-环境-资源”综合评价指标体系构建原则,共选取14个水安全状态指标,根据2008~2011年长三角16个城市水安全状态样本数据,采用模糊系统聚类方法,对这16个城市的水安全状况进行模糊聚类得到动态聚类图,运用F-统计量对所有分类结果进行显著性检验。从九类显著分类中确定实际最优分类数为4,上海、台州、湖州各为一类,其余城市均为第四类。
In order to evaluate the status of water security in the Yangtze River Delta, 14 water safety status indicators were selected based on the principle of “life-economy-environment-resource” comprehensive evaluation index system. According to the water security status of 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2008 to 2011 By using the fuzzy clustering method, the fuzzy clustering method was used to cluster the water security status of the 16 cities. The dynamic clustering graph was obtained by using the F-statistics. All the classification results were significantly tested. According to the nine categories, the actual optimal classification number is 4, each in Shanghai, Taizhou and Huzhou is in the same category, and the remaining cities are in the fourth category.
