文章以多元线性回归分析为手段,建立以图书馆员刻板印象、图书馆工作复杂性和舒适度为因变量,以情境信息、个体信息和社会范畴信息为自变量,以图书馆员、一般公众、在校学生和未来职业者为研究对象的12个多元回归模型。比较各群体的印象形成的原因和各原因在方程中所占权重可以发现,形成各群体印象的原因差异较大,但也有其相似处。总体而言:(1)图书馆员刻板印象与图书馆工作的复杂性是预测彼此最重要的因素;(2)做好服务是提升图书馆员形象的重要途径;(3)高学历群体对图书馆员和工作的舒适度有明显偏见。
The article uses multiple linear regression analysis as a means to establish a stereotype of librarians, library work complexity and comfort as dependent variables, situational information, individual information and social category information as independent variables, librarians, the general public , 12 students in school and future professionals as the research object of the multiple regression model. Comparing the reasons for the formation of each group’s impression and the reasons for the various factors in the equation, we can find that there are significant differences in the reasons for the formation of each group’s impression, but there are similarities. Overall, (1) the complexity of librarians’ stereotypes and library work is the most important factor in predicting each other; (2) doing good service is an important way to enhance the image of librarians; (3) Librarians and job comforts are clearly biased.
