肠道干细胞(ISC)主要位于肠黏膜隐窝内,其与肠道黏膜上皮的更新和修复密切相关。当受到外界生理或病理信号作用时,ISC可持续增殖、分化为成熟肠上皮细胞,如肠型细胞、杯状细胞、内分泌细胞和潘氏细胞等,从而维持肠道黏膜结构和功能的稳定性。分离、获取和培养ISC,用于有关肠道损伤疾病的预防和治疗具有重要的临床价值。而特异性的、可靠的ISC标记物是分离和培养ISC的前提和关键。以下就近年来ISC标记物的研究进展作一综述。
Intestinal stem cells (ISC) are mainly located in the intestinal mucosa crypt, which is closely related to the regeneration and repair of intestinal mucosal epithelium. ISC can proliferate and differentiate into mature intestinal epithelial cells such as intestinal cells, goblet cells, endocrine cells and Paneth cells when subjected to physiological or pathological signals from outside to maintain the stability of intestinal mucosa structure and function . Separation, acquisition and culture of ISCs have important clinical value for the prevention and treatment of intestinal injury. Specific and reliable ISC markers are the prerequisite and key to ISC isolation and culture. The following ISC markers in recent years, research progress is reviewed.
