用生物化学方法从人胎盘中分离出的一些未知蛋白在妊娠中的生物学功能还有待澄清。胎盘蛋白21(PP21)就是从人胎盘中提取的一种可溶性胎盘组织蛋白,为含碳水化合物19.2%的糖蛋白,具有β_1球蛋白和电泳活动牲,等电位点4.6,分子量不同(52,500和60,000道尔顿)。用放免方法在健康非孕妇女的黄体期和滤泡期血清中可测得较高浓度的 PP21,在健康男人的血清和精液中亦可测得 PP21,精液中的 PP21约相当于本人血清中浓度的50~500倍,提示在受精初期阶段 PP21可能起着重要作用。由于非孕妇女和男性的血清中可测得 PP211,说明在胎盘以外的组织中可产生 PP21或类 PP21免疫反应物质。肝素或温度的变化均不影响血清 PP21的浓度.
The biological function of some unknown proteins isolated from human placenta by biochemical methods in pregnancy remains to be clarified.
