目的:探讨PBL教学模式在康复护理临床教学中的作用效果。方法选择2015年9月-2016年2月在我科实习的护生48名,随机分为参照组与实验组,每组24名,参照组采用传统的教学模式,实验组在此基础上辅以PBL模式,对比两组学生在康复理论、康复技能、满意度的情况。结果实验组学生在期中和期末两个阶段的理论知识和操作技能打分上显著高于参照组,且学生的满意度也明显高于参照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在康复护理临床教学过程中,将问题作为基础的教学模式与传统的教学模式相联系进行教学,能够全面调动学生学习的兴趣,提升教学的效果和质量。“,”Objective:To observe the effect of problem-based learning pat ern in clinical teaching of rehabilitation nursing. Methods:48 nursing students in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups as the observation group and the control group, with each group 24 students. Ones in the control group were taught by traditional teaching method, and ones in the observation group were given the problem-based learning pat ern based on that. The theoretical knowledge, the professional skil s and the satisfaction for the teaching way of students were observed and compared between two groups. Results:Scores of the theoretical knowledge and the professional skil s in the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group in the midterm and terminal period of examination, and the satisfaction was also bet er. There were signiifcant differences between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:During the process of teaching, the traditional teaching method combined with PBL teaching in clinical teaching of rehabilitation nursing could ful y arouse students’ interest in learning and improve the effect and quality of teaching.
