信号系统作为轨道交通安全保障与高效运行的基础,由于其设计复杂性、运营特殊性,一旦出现事故,损失难以估量。本文结合工程项目实施的具体情况,从设计、生产制造、安装、系统调测、质保期管理等环节的质量管理控制方法出发,对项目实施过程中的质量管理方法和控制点进行了研究,以保证产品质量和服务水平满足顾客的质量和安全要求,达到企业的可持续发展。
As the basis of rail traffic safety and efficient operation, signal system is hard to measure in the event of an accident because of its design complexity and operational specificity. Based on the actual situation of project implementation, this paper studies the quality management methods and control points in the project implementation process from the aspects of quality management control in the aspects of design, manufacturing, installation, system commissioning, warranty period management and so on To ensure product quality and service levels to meet customer quality and safety requirements, to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
