837039大豆(Glycinemax)品种区别的快速实验室测定的可用性——美国俄亥俄州立大学农学系,C.K.WAGNER和M.B.MCDONALD,《Seed Science andtechnology》,1982,10:431——449. 作者在美国俄亥俄州鉴别36个合格的大豆品种时,用快速实验室检验法测定大豆的可用性。测定结果表明,大豆品种的快速实验室鉴定法是可行的,它能成功地区别出品种。这种测定包括不吸水种子的种脐颜色、下胚轴颜色、种皮过氧化物酶以及B——淀粉酶和脲酶的电泳5个方面。经这5种测定把36个品种分成了22个组。

Author identification in Ohio, USA 36 qualified soybean varieties, rapid laboratory testing to determine the availability of soybeans. The results show that rapid laboratory identification of soybean varieties is feasible, it can successfully distinguish between species. This assay includes five aspects of umbilical color, hypocotyl color, seed coat peroxidase and electrophoresis of B-amylase and urease. After these five determinations, 36 cultivars were divided into 22 groups.
