本文介绍了用TP—801单板机采集实验数据和在线整理的一般方法。在典型传热课题试验手段的现代化方面作了尝试并取得良好的结果。最宝贵的是积累了自己的经验,为今后更复杂的研究课题用微机测试,在线整理和实时控制打下了基础。单板机测量的参数有热电势 E_t、元件加热电压 E_Q和风速压差电压E_p等三个变量。经计算机在线整理后打印出R_e数和N_u数。为了简单,忽略了一些次要的因素。
This article describes the TP-801 single board machine to collect experimental data and the general method of online finishing. Attempts have been made and the good results have been achieved in the modernization of the experimental methods of heat transfer. The most valuable is the accumulation of their own experience for the future more complex research topics using computer testing, online finishing and real-time control laid the foundation. Parameters measured by the board machine are three variables: the thermoelectric power E_t, the element heating voltage E_Q and the wind speed voltage difference voltage E_p. After finishing by computer, R_e and N_u numbers are printed out. For simplicity, some minor factors have been overlooked.
