目的建立包括微支抗种植体的下颌骨、下颌牙列、颞下颌关节(temporomandibular joint,TMJ)的三维有限元模型,为TMJ及微种植体力学分析做准备。方法 2009年10月至2010年8月于佳木斯大学口腔医学院对正常志愿者行多层螺旋CT扫描,提取下颌骨及牙齿数据,利用Mimics、Hypermesh9.0等软件建立微种植体、下颌骨、TMJ三维模型并进行装配。结果建立TMJ、带有微种植体的下颌骨、下颌牙列的三维有限元模型,可根据研究目的增减部件及加载分析。结论所建三维有限元模型具有较好的几何相似性和生物力学相似性。
Objective To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of the mandible, mandibular dentition and temporomandibular joint (TMJ), including micro-implants, in preparation for TMJ and mechanical analysis of micro-implants. Methods From October 2009 to August 2010, multi-slice spiral CT was performed on normal volunteers at Jiamusi University School of Stomatology. Mandibular and dental data were extracted. Mimics, Hypermesh 9.0 and other software were used to establish micro-implant, mandible, TMJ 3D model and assembly. Results The establishment of TMJ, the three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular and mandibular dentition with micro-implants can be based on the purpose of the study to increase and decrease the components and loading analysis. Conclusion The three-dimensional finite element model has good geometric similarity and biomechanical similarity.
