随着社会的发展,高等教育的普及,中等职业学校面临着严峻的挑战,而中等职业学校又是培养专业技能人才的重要途径之一,中等职业学校校企合作则是中等职业学校培养人才的重要手段。本文主要列举了河南省中等职业学校校企合作的典型人才培养模式,指出了阻碍深入合作的因素。例:不完善的体制机制,企业的热情不高,学校培训招生制度合作模式不健全等。针对出现的这些问题提出解决方案如下:优化政策环境;加强企业的合作热情;构建学校和企业利益分享机制。最终目的是让一个学校拥有灵活的入学体系,有序扩大招生和帮助招工困难的企业拥有持续稳定的员工来源,让双方共赢。
