GP2是从人胃癌组织中提取的硫粘蛋白相关的糖蛋白抗原,本研究以抗GP2单克隆抗体AH5通过免疫组化技术检测GP2在胃癌、结肠癌、直肠癌、肝癌、肺癌及其它肿瘤组织中的表达。结果显示,GP2在胃癌、结肠癌和直肠癌中有高水平的表达,其阳性表达率分别为84%、72.7%和77.8%,而在其它肿瘤组织中表达率较低(P<0.01),另外GP2在胃肠肿瘤中不同病理类型,其阳性表达率和表达强度不同,其中腺癌的阳性表达率最高,而高分化者的阳性表达强度高于低分化者。研究结果提示,硫粘蛋白相关抗原GP2在胃肠道肿瘤中有特异性高表达,可以作为一种独立的胃肠道肿瘤及其癌前病变的肿瘤标志物,对胃肠组织的恶变和胃肠道肿瘤及其转移癌的鉴别诊断提供一项有意义的指标
GP2 is a thioglycoprotein related glycoprotein antigen extracted from human gastric cancer tissues. In this study, GP2 monoclonal antibody AH5 was used to detect GP2 in gastric cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer and other tumor tissues by immunohistochemistry. In the expression. The results showed that GP2 was highly expressed in gastric cancer, colon cancer, and rectal cancer. The positive expression rates of GP2 were 84%, 72.7%, and 77.8%, respectively, while it was lower in other tumor tissues (P <0.01). In addition, the positive expression rate and expression intensity of GP2 in different pathological types of gastrointestinal tumors are different. Among them, the positive expression rate of adenocarcinoma is the highest, while the positive expression intensity of highly differentiated persons is higher than that of poorly differentiated ones. The results suggest that sulfamucin-associated antigen GP2 is highly expressed in gastrointestinal tumors and can be used as an independent tumor marker for gastrointestinal tumors and precancerous lesions, malignant transformation of the gastrointestinal tissues, and stomach. Differential Diagnosis of Intestinal Tumors and Metastases Provides a Significant Indicator
