针对一线班组安全培训的培训现状及特点,结合公司的实际情况,围绕国网公司总体发展战略,就如何制订切实可行的管理措施开展班组培训工作,真正解决班组的培训实际需要,积极推进一线班组员工队伍素质建设,逐步培养一支素质优良、技术精湛、一专多能的技能人才队伍进行阐述。最终从根本上解决班组培训的误区和整体效果不高的问题。
