现浇钢筋混凝土楼梯及踏步的模板,以往多采用木模。但木模的周转率低,拆除损耗大,既费工又费料,很不经济。我单位在新疆地矿局知青饭店工地现浇钢筋混凝土楼梯施工中,踏步的模板采用定型钢模,组装了一套简易模板,效果很好。它的优点是方法简单,操作方便,节约木材,减轻劳动强度,提高工效1倍。组装方法:用2根φ50钢管,长度略大于一跑楼梯,在两根钢管上分别按踏步水平宽度焊(?) 50×5角钢,并在角钢上钻2φ12圆孔,中距为150毫米,与钢模板两孔距相
