到今年5月1日,《中华人民共和国铁路法》已实施四周年。如何使铁路伤亡降到最低限度?“依法治路,爱路护路”势在必行。 1825年,被称为“火车之父”的斯蒂芬森亲自驾驶机车在世界第一条铁路上举行通行典礼,从此给人类带来进步和繁荣。然而伴随火车诞生,铁路上的伤亡事故也连绵不绝。纵观其原因,除了极少数不可抗拒的自然因素外,绝大多数主要是人们违背科学规律所致。
On May 1 this year, the “Railway Law of the People’s Republic of China” has been implemented for the fourth anniversary. How to minimize the railway casualties? “Rule by law, Love Road,” is imperative. In 1825, Stephenson, known as the “Father of Trains,” personally driving locomotives in the world’s first railway held a ceremony, thus bringing mankind progress and prosperity. However, with the birth of the train, the casualties on the railway are also endless. Throughout its reasons, with the exception of a handful of irresistible natural factors, the overwhelming majority are caused mainly by the violation of scientific laws.
