时代在前进,新时代教师的教育思想也应更新,教师应根据学生的自由发展阶段的生理和心理特点,了解学生的个性差异,针对不同个性的学生,进行人格教育的整体计划,真正成为塑造学生性格、沟通学生心灵的“工程师”。这是我参加教学工作以来,遇到的一些教育教学上的问题,也让我更深刻地了解和认识到那些可爱纯真的孩子们,原来他们分分秒秒都很需要而且特渴望能够得到我们教师的那份无私的爱意。 The times are advancing, teachers ’educational thinking should be updated in the new era.
