对烧碱-蒽醌法麦草浆ClO2脱木素效率的影响因素进行了研究,得到最佳脱木素工艺条件为ClO2用量1.0%,终点pH值范围4.0~4.5,反应温度70℃,反应时间90min。在此基础上经DQP和DEP短序ECF漂白后(ClO2用量分别为1.0%和1.2%,H2O2用量2%),麦草浆白度分别达到80.2%和82.7%,且具有较好的物理强度。纸浆的FT-IR谱图分析表明,麦草浆经ClO2脱木素后,纸浆中的羟基和羰基数量增多,愈疮木基和紫丁香基木素单元均受到一定程度的破坏,经H2O2进一步漂白后,木素结构中苯环的特征峰逐渐减弱以至消失,羰基等主要发色基团逐渐减少,纸浆白度得到提高。
The factors influencing the delignification efficiency of caolin-anthraquinone wheat straw pulp ClO2 were studied. The optimum conditions of delignification were 1.0% ClO2, 4.0-4.5 final pH, reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 90 min . On the basis of these results, the whiteness of wheat straw pulp reached 80.2% and 82.7% respectively after being bleached by DQP and DEP short-order ECFs (1.0% and 1.2% for ClO2 and 2% for H2O2) respectively and had good physical strength. FT-IR spectra of pulp showed that after the delignification of wheat straw pulp with ClO2, the number of hydroxyl and carbonyl groups in the pulp increased. Both the guaiacyl and lilac-based lignin units were destroyed to some extent and further bleached by H2O2 After that, the characteristic peaks of benzene ring in lignin structure gradually diminish and even disappear, the main chromophore groups such as carbonyl groups gradually decrease, and the whiteness of pulp is improved.
