目的研制含氯消毒剂标准物质,并评价其均匀性不确定度。方法通过研磨过筛和干燥工艺制备含氯消毒剂标准品,再经理化分析方法确认。结果选取二氯异氰尿酸钠粉剂为原料,经过研磨过筛和干燥工艺制备的含氯消毒剂标准品性能稳定,确定有效氯含量质量分数为64.3%,包装瓶间不确定度分量为0.16%。该含氯消毒剂标准品粒径及包装对原料均匀性及稳定性没有影响,水分能够影响原料均匀性。结论本研究确定制备含氯消毒标准物质的方案,制得标准物质均匀性良好。
Objective To develop a chlorine-containing disinfectant standard substance and evaluate the uncertainty of its uniformity. Methods The standard of chlorine disinfectant was prepared by grinding, sieving and drying process, and then confirmed by the method of physicochemical analysis. Results Sodium dichloroisocyanurate was selected as raw material, and the chlorine-containing disinfectant standard prepared by grinding, sieving and drying process was stable. The mass fraction of available chlorine was 64.3%, the uncertainty of packaging bottle was 0.16% . The chlorine disinfectant standard particle size and packaging materials have no effect on the uniformity and stability, moisture can affect the raw material uniformity. Conclusion This study identified the preparation of chlorine-containing disinfection of the standard material program, the preparation of standard material uniformity is good.
