学校探索校本评价是教育综合改革的重要任务。本文以高考综合改革形势为背景,从实施维度、主体维度和目标等方面提出校本评价实践困境,分析校本评价的理论内涵。提出校本形成性反馈评价体系建设策略,从评价主体多元关联、评价维度指标形成性过程、评价过程的效果性反馈以及技术性增效拓展等四个方面进行策略研究。最后,就校本形成性反馈评价实施提出建议。
School-based evaluation of school-based education reform is an important task. Based on the situation of comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, this paper puts forward the practical difficulties of school-based evaluation from the aspects of implementation dimension, subject dimension and goal, and analyzes the theoretical connotation of school-based evaluation. This paper puts forward the strategy of constructing the feedback system of school-based formative feedback, conducts strategic research from four aspects: the multiple relation of the evaluation subject, the forming process of the evaluation dimension index, the effective feedback of the evaluation process and the technical expansion. Finally, make suggestions on the implementation of school-based formative feedback evaluation.
