以青少年为主体的运动员与同龄人一样面临着社会化问题。作为从事竞技运动这一特殊社会职业的运动员,在其社会化过程中又有其特殊规律和要求。本文从5个方面论述了运动员职业社会化的基本内容;从预期社会化、继续社会化、再社会化等方面分析了运动员社会化的基本过程。 Adolescents as the main players face the same social issues as their peers. As a sportsman engaged in this special social profession athletics, in its socialization process has its own special rules and requirements. This article discusses the basic content of athletes’ professional socialization from five aspects; analyzes the basic process of socialization of athletes from the expectation of socialization, continuing socialization and re-socialization.
