本文主要研究动力圆盘剪和拉力圆盘剪的剪切力与力矩的关系,同时也研究了拉力圆盘剪拉力的计算方法以及剪刃重叠量的变化关系,找出了最佳剪刃重叠量和侧间隙量,避开在尖峰负荷处剪切,以便减少设备负荷,提高产品的产量和质量。实验证明,如果剪刃重叠量调整适当,剪切力就可减少很多,同时又证明了动力圆盘剪的剪切力和拉剪剪切力的垂直分量是相等的。在计算拉剪的剪切力时,完全可以按照动力圆盘剪的计算方法来计算。
In this paper, the relationship between shearing force and moment of dynamic disc shears and tension shears is studied. The calculation method of shearing force of shearing disc shears and the relationship between shearing force and shearing force are also studied. Volume and side clearance to avoid cutting at peak loads in order to reduce equipment load and improve product yield and quality. Experiments show that if the amount of overlap of the cutting edge is adjusted properly, the shearing force can be reduced a lot, and at the same time, it is proved that the vertical component of the shearing force and shearing force of the dynamic disc shears are equal. When calculating the shear force, it can be calculated according to the calculation method of dynamic disc shears.
