本文从流行病学病例和对照研究的角度探讨了帕金森氏病与遗传的关系。在88例先证病例和88例配对对照的一级亲属中分别发现本病阳性家族史发生率为3.41%和1.14%,病例组原发性震颤阳性家族史发生率为2.3%。本病家族患病率在病例和对照组中分别为0.83%和0.13%。对照组显著低于病例组。本病遗传度为38.02%±8.34%。
This article explores the relationship between Parkinson’s disease and heredity from the perspective of epidemiological and comparative studies. The positive family history of the disease was found to be 3.41% and 1.14% in 88 first-degree cases and 88 paired first-degree relatives respectively. The incidence of primary family history of tremor-positive family history was 2.3% in the case group. The prevalence of this disease family and control group were 0.83% and 0.13%. The control group was significantly lower than the case group. The heritability of the disease was 38.02% ± 8.34%.
