随着我国改革开放和社会主义经济的迅速发展,加强企业政工队伍建设,是顺利开展企业思想政治工作的重要保证,及促进企业改革发展的进一步深化,全面、稳定做好企业经营生产的根本。要切实加强企业政工队伍的建设,提高政工队伍知识水平和文化素养,加有利于强企业竞争能力和确保发展方向。本文就当前企业政工队伍建设中的重要性、问题与对策进行分析探讨。
With the rapid development of China’s reform and opening up and the socialist economy, strengthening the construction of the contingent of political workers is an important guarantee for the smooth development of the ideological and political work of the enterprises, and further deepening the reform and development of enterprises so as to fully and steadily do a good job of the fundamental operation and production of enterprises. It is necessary to conscientiously strengthen the construction of the contingent of political workers and workers, raise the knowledge level and cultural accomplishment of the contingent of political workers, and increase the competitiveness of enterprises and ensure the development direction. This article analyzes the importance, problems and countermeasures in the current construction of enterprise political workforce.
