为探讨帕金森病(PD)黑质多巴胺神经元的死亡机制。本文用DNA末端标记法,借助荧光显微镜观察6羟多巴胺对儿茶酚胺细胞株PC12细胞凋亡的影响。结果发现:低浓度范围内的6羟多巴胺可诱导PC12细胞凋亡,而单胺摄取抑制剂脱甲丙咪嗪则可抑制其诱导的细胞凋亡。本文提示凋亡可能参与了PD早期病变过程。
To investigate the mechanism of death of dopaminergic neurons in Parkinson’s disease (PD) substantia nigra. In this paper, the effect of 6-hydroxydopamine on the apoptosis of PC12 cells in catecholamine cell line was observed by fluorescence microscopy with DNA end labeling. The results showed that 6-hydroxydopamine could induce the apoptosis of PC12 cells in a low concentration range, and the deaceprizone inhibitor, a monoamine uptake inhibitor, could inhibit the apoptosis of PC12 cells. This article suggests that apoptosis may be involved in the early stage of PD.
