用两极交变磁场对水稻和陆稻各4个品种的种子进行处理,处理种子的发芽特性优于未处理种子,其秧苗高度、鲜重及根长均比未处理的提高。种子经处理的水稻秧苗叶绿素a和b含量较未处理的高,650和680nm荧光强度较低,而陆稻则相反。磁场处理对水稻种子浸泡液的电导率无显著影响,而陆稻则处理的较未处理的为低。
The seeds of four varieties of rice and upland rice were treated by bipolar alternating magnetic field. The germination characteristics of the treated seeds were better than those of the untreated seeds. The height, fresh weight and root length of the seedlings were all higher than those of the untreated seedlings. Chlorophyll a and b contents of seed-treated rice seedlings were higher than those of untreated seedlings, while fluorescence intensities at 650 and 680 nm were lower than those of untreated rice seedlings. Magnetic field treatment had no significant effect on the conductivity of rice seed soak, whereas that of upland rice was lower than that of untreated rice.
