从顾客满意度出发 ,研究满意度在供应链结构中的特殊表现 ,提出企业满意度的概念 ,认为企业满意度是供应链结构稳定的重要参数 ,它与供应链结构的柔性密切相关 ,从一个崭新的角度展示了供应链结构方面研究的新思想。
From the perspective of customer satisfaction, we study the special performance of satisfaction in the supply chain structure, and put forward the concept of enterprise satisfaction. We believe that enterprise satisfaction is an important parameter for the stability of the supply chain structure and it is closely related to the flexibility of the supply chain structure. The new perspective demonstrates the new thinking in the supply chain structure research.
