随着新课程的实施,综合实践活动课程以其最注重学生实践能力和创新精神的培养而成为最能体现新课程核心理念的课程,其注重研究性学习、社区服务和社会实践为主要内容的校本教材开发;在教学观中彻底摒弃了封闭和霸权的教学模式,追求开放、民主和宽松的教育环境;在学习观上要求学生主动参与自主学习、合作探究的全过程,密切与自然、社会和生活的联系;这就对学校的办学理念、办学条件、育人模式、师资力量都提出了新的要求,让一些学校在该课程实施和管理上变得困难重重。
