非金属材料表面电阻测试及影响因素的研究

表面电阻是衡量非金属材料导静电性能的关键参数,表面电阻的准确测量对非金属材料在防静电场所的安全使用至关重要。应用常见的两点电极、同心环电极、重锤电极以及自行研制的平行条电极对不同类型的非金属材料进行了表面电阻测试,通过对比验证了平行条电极的准确性。实验结果表明:使用不同电极对同一种材料进行表面电阻测试时,测试结果存在差异;特别是对于材质不均匀或内含导电丝的非金属材料,不同表面测出的表面电阻值也会不同。表面电阻测试值随施加在测试电极上压力的增加而减小。表面电阻测试值随测试电压升高逐渐降低,测试电压达到500
