高阶能力是21世纪我国产业调整升级后的职场新人必须具备的核心能力。本文比较了国内外职业教育的课程构建模式,尤其对高等职业教育注重学生高阶能力发展,适应产业调整升级的课程重构模式进行了深入的研究。阐述了注重学生高阶能力发展的高职课程构建过程。
High-level ability is the core competence of the new job market after industrial restructuring and upgrading in China in the 21st century. This article compares the curriculums of vocational education at home and abroad, in-depth research on the curriculum rebuilding mode of higher vocational education, which focuses on the development of students’ high-level competence and adapts to the industrial restructuring and upgrading.
