1985年11月5日至9日西北五省(区)小水电经验交流会在南郑召开,参加会议的有西北五省(区)的代表,水电部农电司、水电部农村农气化研究所应邀与会和指导,共计41个单.位,82位代表。大会收到学术论文和经验报告达30余篇。陕西省水力发电工程学会理事长王宝基同志致开幕词。大会经验交流,内容极为丰富,各省(区)在大会上总结了卅多年来小水电发展的历程和主要经验,发言踊跃,学术气氛比较浓厚,与会代表一致认为这次会议召
From November 5 to November 5, 1985, a seminar on experiences of small hydropower in the five provinces of the northwestern regions was held in Nanzheng. Representatives of five provinces (regions) in the northwest China, the Department of Rural Power of the Ministry of Water and Electricity Institute invited to attend and guide a total of 41 single-bit, 82 representatives. The conference received more than 30 academic papers and experience reports. Comrade Wang Baoji, chairman of Shaanxi Province Hydropower Engineering Society, delivered an opening speech. The exchange of experience and rich content of the conference was extremely rich. All the provinces (regions) summed up the history and major experiences of SHP development over the years at the conference.
