目的:探讨18F-FDGPET/CT融合显像的标准摄取值SUV在口腔颌面部鳞癌及转移癌诊断中的价值。方法:本研究选取23例口腔颌面部鳞癌及颈转移癌患者,进行18F-FDGPET/CT全身显像,并进行病理检查。结果:18F-FDGPET/CT诊断头颈鳞状细胞癌及颈转移癌的灵敏度100%,特异度80%,准确性91.30%。高中分化鳞癌组、低分化鳞癌组、非癌组织组SUV值差异有统计学意义(F=32.77,P<0.05)。两两比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:18F-FDGPET/CT标准摄取值诊断口腔颌面部鳞癌及颈转移癌有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of SUV in diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma and metastatic carcinoma of oral and maxillofacial region by 18F-FDG PET / CT fusion imaging. Methods: Twenty-three patients with oral and maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma and cervical metastatic carcinoma were selected for this study. 18 F-FDG PET / CT whole body imaging was performed and pathological examination was performed. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of 18F-FDG PET / CT in the diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and cervical carcinoma were 100%, 80% and 91.30% respectively. There were significant differences in SUV between high-grade squamous cell carcinoma, poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and non-cancerous tissue (F = 32.77, P <0.05). The difference between the two groups was also statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The value of 18F-FDG PET / CT in diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma and neck metastasis of oral and maxillofacial region is of great value.
