中沧输气管道因服役年限较长,部分管道发生严重腐蚀。通过天然气管道改线置换对部分管段进行换管和增加埋深改造,为不影响下游用户用气,工程采用一级动火作业。描述了动火作业的方案设计和操作步骤。从阀门和仪表的调试、氮气置换、故障预测与处理、天然气置换、严密性试验等方面介绍了置换投产过程。严重腐蚀管段经过改造,阀门内外漏现象得到改善,管道阴极保护率明显提高,可为同类工程施工提供参考。
