1956年日本古河有限公司足尾冶炼厂第一台闪速熔炼炉投产。当时所采用的仪表不如现在的先进,适合于冶炼厂特点(如温度高、烟尘多、产生腐蚀性气体等)的仪表比较有限。现在得到了改进,采用了较可靠的控制系统,使操作人员可以进行稳定而有效的操作。但是,尽管如此,古河公司还继续研究寻求改进测量各种闪速炉操作参数,和在闪速炉熔炼操作方面使用计算机控制的仪表装置。
1956 Furukawa Co., Ltd. foot tail smelting plant first flash smelting furnace put into operation. At that time, the instruments used were not as advanced as the current ones. The instruments suitable for the smelter’s characteristics (such as high temperature, soot, corrosive gases, etc.) are relatively limited. It has now been improved with a more reliable control system that allows operators to operate steadily and efficiently. However, Furukawa continues to study ways to improve the measurement of various flash furnace operating parameters and to use computer controlled instrumentation for flash furnace smelting operations.
