1989年11月~1991年6月,在利用纤维镜、CT、间接镜对141例鼻咽癌鼻腔受侵的检查中,纤维镜的检出频度(61.7%)高于CT和间接镜,差异有非常显著性;CT的误诊率10.3%,漏诊率31.0%,间接镜的漏诊率54.6%;纤维镜下鼻腔受侵犯可分为游离突入和粘膜浸润二种类型,70Gy/7周后,后者的肿瘤残留率是前者的10倍(3.7%和36.7%)。纤维镜是目前诊断鼻咽癌鼻腔受侵最好的工具。
From November 1989 to June 1991, in the examination of nasal cavity invasion of 141 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma using fiberscope, CT, and indirect mirror, the detection frequency of fiberscope (61.7%) was higher than that of CT and indirect mirror. The difference was very significant; the rate of misdiagnosis of CT was 10.3%, the rate of missed diagnosis was 31.0%, and the rate of misdiagnosis of indirect scope was 54.6%. The invasion of nasal cavity under fiberscope was divided into two types: free penetration and mucosal infiltration. After 70 Gy/7 weeks, The latter’s tumor residual rate is 10 times that of the former (3.7% and 36.7%). Fiberscope is currently the best tool for diagnosing nasal invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
