目的:总结过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌技术灭菌效果和临床应用情况。方法:对2364次使用美国强生STERRAD100S过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌器进行监测统计。结果:2312次灭菌循环运行完成,52次灭菌循环被取消。完成灭菌循环的生物检测培养均为阴性、所有化学指示卡均变色完全。结论:STERRAD100S过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌器具有安全,灭菌效果可靠,灭菌期短且无毒的特点,为临床手术器械灭菌较好的方法。特别适用于不耐高温、高湿等精细医疗器械的灭菌。
Objective: To summarize the sterilizing effect and clinical application of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization technology. Methods: 2364 times the use of the United States Johnson STERRAD100S hydrogen peroxide plasma cryogenic sterilizer for monitoring statistics. Results: 2312 sterilization cycles were completed and 52 sterilization cycles were canceled. Complete biological cycle of sterilization test were negative, all chemical indicators are discoloration completely. Conclusion: STERRAD100S hydrogen peroxide plasma cryogenic sterilizer has the characteristics of safety, reliable sterilization, short sterilization period and non-toxicity, which is a good method for sterilizing clinical surgical instruments. Particularly suitable for high temperature, high humidity and other fine medical equipment sterilization.
