本文介绍一种制备薄膜场发射阵列阴极的新方法,这就是以玻璃为衬底的电化学生长法。文章给出了用这种方法生成的铜尖端阵列的形貌和结构,并给出了它的发射曲线。这些曲线表明,它们很好地与Foeler-Nordheim公式一致。
This article describes a new method for preparing thin film field emission cathode array, which is based on glass substrate electrochemical growth method. The morphology and structure of copper tip arrays generated by this method are given and its emission curves are given. These curves show that they fit well with the Foeler-Nordheim formula.
