[目的]探讨软性输尿管镜技术治疗小儿上尿路结石的围术期护理要点。[方法]通过对21例软性输尿管镜技术治疗小儿上尿路结石病人进行了围术期护理分析，总结围术期的护理经验和体会。[结果]21例小儿上尿路结石病人均手术成功，术中术后无重大并发症，术后恢复良好，痊愈出院。[结论]做好围术期的术前准备、重视患儿及家属的心理护理以及术后严密的护理监测，有利于提高软性输尿镜治疗小儿上尿路结石的手术成功率，促进患儿的康复。“,”Objective:To probe into the perioperative nursing points of children with upper urinary tract calculi treated with flexible ureteroscopy technology.Methods:Through the perioperative nursing analysis of flexible ureteroscopy for 21 cases of children with upper urinary tract calculi,the perioperative nursing experience and understanding were summarized.Results:All operations on 21 cases of children with upper urinary tract calculi were successful,and no major intraoperative and postoperative complications,postoperative recovery was good and they healed and discharged.Conclusion:To do well preoperative preparation in preoperative period and pay attention to the psychological care of ill children with upper urinary tract calculi and their families and postoper-ative close nursing monitoring is profit for improving the success rate of surgery with flexible ureteroscopy technology for children with upper urinary tract calculi,and promoting ill children’s rehabilitation.
