以具中等直链淀粉含量的优质保持系宜香1B为优质源,与协青早B杂交、回交和自交,在分离早世代(BC1F1、BC1F2)以484/485特异性分子标记对直链淀粉含量进行检测和选择,并结合入选单株糙米的低垩白、高透明度目测筛选,最终选育出具中等直链淀粉含量的籼型三系不育系浙农3A。经鉴定,该不育系花器性状和开花习性良好,花粉败育彻底,不育度高,米质好,配合力强,于2009年通过浙江省品种审定委员会审定。
A high-quality maintainer, Yixian 1B with medium amylose content, was used as a good quality source for crossbreeding and selfing with Xieqingzao B, with 484/485 specific molecular markers for early generation (BC1F1, BC1F2) The results showed that the indica type CMS line Zhenong 3A with medium amylose content was finally selected and screened by the low chalkiness and high transparency of selected brown rice. It was appraised that the CMS line had good flower traits and flowering habits, thorough abortion of pollen, high sterility, good quality of rice and good combination ability. In 2009, it passed the examination of Zhejiang Province Variety Approval Committee.
