津环保监[2015]2号滨海新区环容局、各区县环保局:为了鼓励公众参与环境保护监督管理,严厉打击各类环境违法行为,保证各项环境保护法律法规的贯彻执行,市环保局制定了《天津市环境违法行为有奖举报暂行办法》,现印发给你们,请认真组织好贯彻落实。2015年1月7日天津市环境违法行为有奖举报暂行办法第一条为进一步贯彻落实市委、市政府关于“美丽天津·一号工程”工作部署和总体要求,鼓励公众积极参与环境保护监督管理,严厉查处各类环境违法行为,依据《信访条例》、《环境信访办法》等有关法律、法规、规章的规定,结合本市实际情况,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于本市范围内发生
