随着基本建设事业的迅速发展,科学技术水平的日益提高和改革开放的深入,施工企业物资供应业务和管理工作越来越复杂,任务越来越艰巨,传统的管理方法和落后的信息处理手段,已无法适应当前的任务和今后形势的需要。以电子计算机和现代化通讯设施为手段的物资管理信息系统,是在原有传统管理方法基础上,采用现代化信息技术、经济数学方法和科学管理方法,进行经济分析、预测和决策的人-机系统。这一系统可以为物资部门提供及时而有效的信息,保证供应、强化管理、降低费用、提高“两效”(效率,效益)不可缺少的工具,是实现由传统管理模式向现代化管理模式转变的必要手段。江苏省电力建设公司材料设备科在1987年6月购买了一台 IBM—PC 机,我和全科同志学习计算机是从此开始,在基建系统是起步较晚的单位,但是三年多来我和全科同志一直坚持学习、应用和推广,取得一些效益,尝到甜头。下面介绍我三年来学习、应用和推广计算机的一些体会:
