目的:探讨P53、C-erbB-2及E-cad这三种癌相关基因在胃癌组织中的表达及临床病理学意义。方法:选取我院2004年1月~2004年12月间确诊并接受根治性手术治疗的胃癌病例,术后组织标本均经中性甲醛固定,常规石蜡包埋切片,并经HE染色病理诊断。E-cad、C-erbB-2、P53蛋白采用免疫组化(Envision法)染色检测。结果:P53在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁正常胃黏膜组织的阳性表达率,C-erbB-2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁正常胃黏膜组织的阳性表达率,E-cad在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率低于癌旁正常胃黏膜组织的阳性表达率,结合临床综合分析,P53表达阳性率与C-erbB-2表达阳性率无相关性,P53表达阳性率与E-cad表达阳性率呈负相关性,C-erbB-2表达阳性率与E-cad表达阳性率呈负相关性。结论:P53、C-erbB-2及E-cad蛋白在胃癌中表达水平的检测有助于胃癌患者预后估计及综合判断胃癌的恶性程度和转移潜能。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of P53, C-erbB-2 and E-cad in gastric cancer. Methods: The cases of gastric cancer diagnosed and undergone radical surgery between January 2004 and December 2004 in our hospital were selected. The specimens were fixed with neutral formaldehyde and paraffin embedded in paraffin and stained with HE staining. E-cad, C-erbB-2 and P53 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry (Envision method) staining. Results: The positive expression rate of P53 in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues. The positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues, The positive expression rate of E-cad in gastric cancer tissues was lower than that in normal gastric mucosa adjacent tissues. Combined with clinical comprehensive analysis, there was no correlation between the positive rate of P53 and the positive rate of C-erbB-2. The positive rate of P53 expression Negatively correlated with the positive rate of E-cadherin. The positive rate of C-erbB-2 was negatively correlated with the positive rate of E-cadherin. Conclusion: The detection of the expression of P53, C-erbB-2 and E-cad in gastric cancer is helpful to estimate the prognosis of gastric cancer patients and to evaluate the malignant degree and metastatic potential of gastric cancer.
