展开人类历史逶拖的画卷,家庭源远流长,历史悠久。中国先贤云“修身、齐家、治国、平天下”。婚姻家庭纠纷涉及男男女女、千家万户的切身利益,既是家庭制度文明的典范,又是和谐家庭关系的保障。构建和谐社会,需要和谐的家庭关系为基础,本文通过分析婚姻家庭关系的现状及原因、婚姻家庭纠纷的特点,探讨公正司法,妥善处理婚姻家庭纠纷,构建和谐社会的必要性和条件。
