节育手术子宫穿孔116例临床分析

本文综合国內8个单位116例节育手术子宫穿孔的资料,其子宫穿孔的发生率为0.079%.116例中人工流产术子宫穿孔91例,占76.45%;宫內节育器致子宮穿孔16例,占13.79%;取环、钳刮术穿孔9例,占7.76%.人工流产术中吸管致子宫穿孔最多,占48.4%.人工流产、钳刮、取环术子宫穿孔100例,手术治疗50例,主要为损伤面积大,合并脏器损伤或疑有脏器损伤者;保守治疗30例,均获痊愈.宫内节育器致子宫穿孔16例,14例行剖腹探查术取出,2例行后穹窿切开术取出.
