从提高磷的利用率,减少磷的排放入手,就改善磷在水生动物上的供需平衡,磷可利用率高的饲料原料及无机磷源的选择,动、植物性饲料原料优化组合以及添加植酸酶、酸化剂和热处理等方面对提高水生动物饵料磷利用率,减少磷的排放做了比较详细的综述。为合理利用饲料磷源,减少水体污染提供了理论依据。
