在当前企业人力资源管理中,薪酬管理作为其中非常重要的一项内容,同时也是企业发展及人力资源管理策略的重要要素之一,通过强化企业薪酬管理,能够有效的调动员工的积极性,合理设计企业内部的工资制度,确保企业目标的实现。文中从薪酬管理内涵及薪酬管理对企业的重要作用入手,分析了当前薪酬管理在企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,并进一步对提高企业人力资源薪酬管理质量的措施进行了具体的阐述。
