目的研究溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者部分粘附分子的变化意义.方法用流式细胞术测定34例UC患者(男14例,女20例,平均年龄314岁)组织及血液中粘附分子CD44、可溶性粘附分子P选择素(CD62p)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM1,CD54)的变化,并与20例正常人(男8例,女12例,平均年龄306岁)比较.结果UC患者组织和血液中CD44(203%±83%,194%±63%),CD62p(53%±26%)、CD54(183%±59%)较正常人(97%±46%,78%±45%,19%±091%,62%±37%)明显升高(P<001),缓解期UC患者上述指标(152%±78%,144%±68%,38%±24%,137%±54%)较活动期(261%±102%,238%±79%,69%±37%,241%±67%)显著下降(P<005),但仍明显高于正常人(P<005).组织中CD44含量与外周血中接近(P>005),但伴有重度不典型增生者明显升高(347%±46%vs261%±42%,P<005).结论粘附分子水平增加在U?
Objective To study the changes of some adhesion molecules in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of adhesion molecule CD44, soluble adhesion molecule P-selectin (CD62p) and soluble cells in 34 UC patients (14 males and 20 females with an average age of 314 years) Adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM 1, CD54) changes, and with 20 normal subjects (8 males and 12 females, mean age 30.6 years) compared.
