系统中的标准流体是通过过程控制系统产生的,过程控制系统中的PLC控制器采用PID算法控制调节阀的开度从而实现对流量的精准控制。通过对实际管道的流体仿真得出管道的流场、流速分布,确定平流区域从而确定待测管的安装调试位置。通过实验表与标准表的参数对比验证系统的控制精度;通过不同安装位置下实验表的数据差异分析安装位置对流量测量的影响。通过实验数据知该系统能够对安装位置的选择起一定的指导作用。
The standard fluid in the system is generated by the process control system. The PLC controller in the process control system uses the PID algorithm to control the opening of the control valve to achieve precise control of the flow rate. The flow field and velocity distribution of the pipeline are obtained through the fluid simulation of the actual pipeline, and the advection area is determined so as to determine the installation and debugging positions of the pipeline under test. The control accuracy of the system was verified by comparing the parameters of the test table with those of the standard meter. The influence of the installation location on the flow measurement was analyzed by the data of the test table under different installation positions. Through the experimental data that the system can play a guiding role in the choice of installation location.
