肺原发性平滑肌瘤是一种罕见的肺内良性肿瘤,首先由Fonkel(1901)报道,国内吴遐1958年报道2例,迄今见报道共19例,我院收治1例,报告如下。 患者女性,18岁,住院号73633,半年前体检时发现右肺肿块,当时无咳嗽、胸痛、咯血等症状,未作治疗。近2月来时感胸痛,低烧来我院就诊。查血常规、肝功、肾功均正常,全身无表浅淋巴结肿大。 X线检查:胸部正位及断层片见右肺中野近肺门 Pulmonary primary leiomyoma is a rare benign lung tumor. It was first reported by Fonkel (1901). There were 2 cases reported by Wujing in 1958 in China. So far, there are 19 cases reported in the hospital and one case in our hospital. The report is as follows. The female patient was 18 years old and her hospital number was 73633. The right lung mass was found during the medical examination six months ago. No cough, chest pain, or hemoptysis were present at the time and no treatment was given. In the past 2 months, I felt chest pain and I had low-grade fever to come to our hospital.
